Terms of Conditions.

These terms and conditions govern access to RERA Simple, a permission-data product operated by Vartika Vision Realtors Advisors LLP, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

RERA Simple indexes publicly available Maharashtra layout and building permission records so subscribers can search, review, and — on eligible plans — export or map those records. It is an independent research tool, not a government portal and not a substitute for official ULB or RERA records.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. One person or organisation may use one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend an account that is shared, automated, or used in a way that harms the service or other users.

3. Plans and payment

Access to fields, export, and map features depends on the plan you subscribe to. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through our payment partner. Fees are due in advance for the selected period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refunded if you cancel mid-cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or republish the dataset as a competing product.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful targeting, harassment, or spam.
• Do not overload the service with automated traffic beyond normal use of the product.

5. Data accuracy

Records are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrectly transcribed. Always verify material facts with the issuing authority before relying on a record for a transaction, filing, or investment decision.

6. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Vartika Vision Realtors Advisors LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the data. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, the plans, or the service. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
