Terms of Service.

This Terms of Service describes how Vartika Vision Realtors Advisors LLP (“we”, “us”) provides RERA Simple to subscribers. It should be read with the Terms of Conditions.

1. What we provide

We operate a searchable workspace over Maharashtra layout-final and building-permission records collected from public sources. The workspace, search, exports, and map views are licensed to you for internal professional use during an active trial or paid subscription.

2. Your licence

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the product for your own research and advisory work. You do not acquire ownership of the compiled dataset, software, trademarks, or design. You may not sublicense the service or create a derivative data product from it.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Trials, if offered, convert or expire as shown at signup. Paid access is enabled after successful checkout. We may change prices for future periods. Failed or disputed payments may pause access until the account is current.

4. Customer data

Account information such as name, mobile number, and billing details is used to operate the service, authenticate you, and process payments. We do not sell your account data. Permission records shown in the product originate from public filings and are not your personal data.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but ingestion, search, or payment partners can fail. Scheduled maintenance or source-site changes may delay updates. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every ULB will be current at all times.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product. On termination, your licence ends. We may retain account and billing records as required for tax and compliance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
